This feature enables you to send a client's data to the DT Tax and Accounting support staff. To do so, from the Help menu, select Software support followed by Support request form.

Please provide all the information requested, making sure to enter a check mark in the box for Attach an anonymous extract for current/marked client (recommended for tax calculation problems). Submit by clicking Submit email to DT Tax and Accounting.

Anonymous extracts allow the DT Tax and Accounting support teams to diagnose and troubleshoot your tax-related problems quickly and efficiently. Note that key identification is blanked out to preserve the client's anonymity.

Since an anonymous extract is saved to a file, users who have Internet access have the opportunity to email it directly to DT Tax and Accounting.
